Wiped clean as standard. Heavy buildup, delicate or vintage fixtures, or fittings requiring removal may take extra time and cost.

Reporting requirements

  • Claim submitted within 14 calendar days of service completion

Evidence submission

  • Photographic evidence provided (where possible)
  • OR formal written request from real estate / landlord listing issues

Step 3

Return visit eligibility

  • Sub-standard cleaning identified
  • Email from real estate / landlord confirming issues (mandatory where applicable)
  • If no third party involved — photographic evidence is mandatory

Step 4

Scope check

  • Issue falls within original booking scope
  • No excluded services involved
  • No additional services requested outside original quote

Step 5

Non-guaranteed items

  • No permanent stains or pre-existing damage
  • No normal wear and tear issues
  • Item / service not listed under exclusions

Step 6

Resolution process

  • Return visit scheduled if eligible
  • New quote issued if outside warranty scope
  • Refund processed only for affected services if unresolved

Warranty exclusions

  • Issue not related to excluded areas / items
  • No post-cleaning damage or contamination
  • No third-party interference after service
  • Issue not due to pre-existing conditions

Warranty is void if

  • Claim reported after 14 days
  • Required evidence not provided
  • Issue outside agreed service scope

  • Customer has informed cleaners about any valuable items on site
  • Acknowledgement that items may be moved during cleaning
  • Liability is not accepted if valuables are not disclosed
